Dette event er tidligere – med stor succes – blevet afholdt på Univate. Vi har derfor valgt at gentage succesen, så de der ikke havde mulighed for at deltage sidst, nu igen får chancen, ligesom de, der deltog og fandt arrangementet interessant, har mulighed for at få opfrisket teorierne.
Hvad er ADI?
ADI (automated decision intelligence) er en kombination af kunstig og virkelig intelligens. ADI bygger på eksistensen af biologiske beslutningssystemer som, drevet af evolutionen, kan konvertere data baseret på ”tilfældighed” til sandsynligheder, som kan benyttes til forudsigelser.
Fremkomsten af computeren har skaleret og øget hastigheden i denne evolutionære proces både mht. databehandlingshastighed og kapacitet. Man kan nu forudse, at computerbaserede systemer, der efterligner biologiske beslutningssystemer, vil tage førerpositionen inden for kompleks beslutningstagning. Det er også forklaringen på, at vi i øjeblikket ser en masse hype omkring big data, maskinlæring, deep learning og AI (kunstig intelligens). Men hvad er ”biologiske beslutningssystemer” ?
Jo, når vi observerer levende organismer, fra mennesker til bakterier, er deres adfærd som regel målrettet og hverken tilfældig eller kaotisk. Biologiske beslutningssystemer bestemmer alle levende organismers adfærd – fra kolibakterier på bunden af de evolutionære biologiske systemer til homo sapiens – mennesket – på toppen. Menneskets beslutningssystem er det mest avancerede af alle biologiske beslutningssystemer.
I mange tilfælde vil automatisering af beslutningsprocesser kunne muliggøre flere, hurtigere og bedre analyser til lavere eller de samme omkostninger, som man har i forvejen. I fremtiden ADI vil blive indlejret i alle typer af maskiner. I den private sektor, i erhvervslivet og i samfundet vil flere og flere beslutninger tages på baggrund af intelligente maskiners beslutningsprocesser.

På dette seminar vil du få en introduktion til biologiske beslutningssystemer. Du vil lære om deres oprindelse, struktur og funktion, og du vil lære om menneskets beslutningssystem i detaljer.
Denne viden vil give dig en grundlæggende forståelse for, hvordan ADI og ADI´s fremtidige rolle inden for avancerede beslutningsteknologier vil udvikles, og den vil gøre dig i stand til at konstruere effektive og brugbare algoritmer inden for forretning og videnskab, og den vil tillige vise sig nyttig i dagligdagen.
Om foredragsholderen:
Finn Gilling er stifter af og CEO i Gilling Aps, som leverer en række ydelser inden for ADI. Gilling Aps leverer bl.a. data fra række danske databaser herunder OIS/BBR, avancerede analyser, softwareløsninger samt en række Automated Decision Intelligence-services og produkter baseret på eget software.
Finn Gilling har været foregangsmand i brugen af geolocation-data i dansk detailhandel siden 1990, og han har udviklet ideer, viden, data og algoritmer til Masterplan, som er et big data- og geografisk software til optimeret investeringsplanlægning. MasterPlan anvendes af mange danske store detailkæder i Danmark.
Finn Gilling har derudover undervist i markedsføring, planlægning og forretningsmæssige beslutninger på Copenhagen Business School i mere end 20 år, og han har udviklet software, data og algoritmer til beslutningsstøttesystemer baseret på big data og markedsundersøgelser i næsten 30 år.
I august 2016 publicerede han “The Human Decision System™” som et resultat af en livslang facination af og professionelt arbejde med psykologisk beslutningstagning, ledelse, neuroscience og statistik.
