Patent Strategy – ”Time and Money”
Through a number of after-work meetings, we would like to bring focus to various fundamental aspects of patenting. How much does patenting cost and when do costs fall due? How do I prioritize in which countries to file? How do I relate to my competitive situation and my competitors? How do I select the right patents? What is possible – and what is not possible during examination of your patent application? How do I align my patent strategy with my business strategy?
On our first after-work meeting, the “Time and Money” aspect will be brought into focus. We often experience both small and large companies expressing that they lose perspective of how they spend their money in the best possible way in relation to patenting and when in the process costs fall due.
Patentgruppen has lots of experience with consultancy on the “Time and Money” aspect. During Patentgruppen’s more than 20 years in the industry, we have collected actual costs for the patent process based on real data which is why we are able to outline course of events/costs/budgets based on real patents and companies. The most significant advantage of the budgets is to give the customer a true and fair view of the level of costs for a given task and to align expectations with the work to be carried out. We would now like to make the collected data available to you in an understandable way – of course anonymized.
On our first after-work meeting, we are going to unfold some of these data and give our participants an opportunity to get into the driver’s seat in relation to the countless questions concerning costs and relevant time factors that prevail when investing in patents.
We hope that you find this theme relevant and that you will attend our after-work meeting.
R.S.V.P. 19 March 2020 to: reception@patentgruppen.com – please indicate if you will attend in Copenhagen or in Aarhus. This after-work meeting is free of charge and will be held in Danish or English depending on the attendees.
