After-work meeting hosted by Plougmann Vingtoft:
A solid IP strategy is often a crucial part of attracting investors, raising capital for further development of an invention. For some, it is a prerequisite for building up a business. So, how do startups get there, and what are the options for IP protection when working with software?
This after-work meeting is a chance for you to learn the basics of the IP system and the legal framework for protecting software.
First, Senior Patent Attorney and Partner at Plougmann Vingtoft, Per Nygreen, will walk you through different ways to protect your IP and share some insights on patentability of software.
Afterwards, there will be time for an informal Q&A with some of Plougmann Vingtoft’s IP and commercialization experts and for networking with other attendees.
You are more than welcome to submit questions or suggest case examples beforehand. This way we can prepare a session that suits the interests in the room. Please e-mail Josephine at js@symbion.dk.
