The Otto Bruuns Foundation has supported Symbion with a generous amount to purchase equipment for Makerspace by Symbion.
The Foundation supports research in Danish industry, in addition to development of industrial inventions by entrepreneurs and inventors, plus other objects of general social value. The aid consists of grants and, in some cases, capital base. The foundation supports individuals, including inventors, entrepreneurs, and students, as well as institutions and companies.
